PAXMAN´s EGM was held today in Karlshamn. Almost 53,35 % of all issued shares were represented at the meeting.
Paxman AB (publ) held its Extra General Meeting on 8 April 2025 in Karlshamn. At the meeting, Peter Mattisson was elected Chairman and Roger Johansson was appointed to verify the minutes. The EGM approved the agenda, established the voting list, and confirmed that the notice of the meeting had been duly issued. In accordance with the Board's proposal, the EGM resolved to authorize the Board to, on one or more occasions until the next GM, decide on a directed share issue of up to 2,476,207 shares, with the possibility of payment by contribution in kind within the framework of the public takeover offer to the shareholders of Dignitana AB.
